A Multilevel learning for couples partners, friends, therapists (CPD 13 hours), siblings, parents, & individuals. Previous Hakomi experience not necessary. An ideal environment to explore Hakomi in a relational way.

Venue : Oaklands House Creative Centre, Blessington, Co Wicklow. (35 mins from Dublin City Centre; 2 hour from Limerick city; 2.5hour from Belfast)

Facilitator: Caroline Braham
Caroline Braham is an Integrative Body-Mind-Movement practitioner and educator. She is in Private practice in London, runs regular Hakomi workshops and trainings, and has worked with individuals and groups in UK, Spain, France, Saudi, Lebanon, Malta, Russia and South Africa.
As well as being a Hakomi Practitioner and international Trainer; Caroline is a Hellerwork Structural Integration Practitioner and Teacher; a Feldenkrais Practitioner; and has been trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). She has a strong foundation in working with the body, mindful touch, movement, and self-study. All of these techniques assimilate curiosity, mindfulness, and the experience of the present moment as tools for transformation and healing.
Caroline is an attentive, spacious and creative teacher and practitioner with a passion for helping students and clients to make their own discoveries. She provides a warm, open, compassionate, and humorous space for exploration and change.
Her personal meditation and movement practice keeps her connection to the work alive.
