Hakomi Therapy Intensive Circle

A weekend of mindfulness based, assisted self-discovery and emotional nourishment. An ideal taster of hakomi for beginners, preferably witness role.
November 2nd & 3rd~ Saturday & Sunday (Saturday 10.30am -5.30pm; Sunday 10am- 1pm)


An opportunity to witness and/or participate as client in Hakomi therapy (founded by Ron Kurtz) as practiced by a skilled Hakomi practitioner in a safe group setting. An ideal opportunity to witness and learn some skills of Hakomi practise or/and experience a Hakomi session. Caroline Braham, our senior Hakomi trainer and facilitator offers 6 1-1 sessions in the group over the day and a half. After each session, There is time for reflection questions and answers. The sessions are given to people who have booked as clients and the witnesses get the opportunity to support the sessions, witness and learn some Hakomi skills.

Facilitator/Therapist: Caroline Braham
Caroline Braham is an Integrative Body-Mind-Movement practitioner and educator. She is in Private practice in London, runs regular Hakomi workshops and trainings, and has worked with individuals and groups in UK, Spain, France, Saudi, Lebanon, Malta, Russia and South Africa.
As well as being a Hakomi Practitioner and Trainer; Caroline is a Hellerwork Structural Integration Practitioner and Teacher; a Feldenkrais Practitioner; and has been trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). She has a strong foundation in working with the body, mindful touch, movement, and self-study. All of these techniques assimilate curiosity, mindfulness, and the experience of the present moment as tools for transformation and healing.
Caroline is an attentive, spacious and creative teacher and practitioner with a passion for helping students and clients to make their own discoveries. She provides a warm, open, compassionate, and humorous space for exploration and change.
Her personal meditation and movement practice keeps her connection to the work alive.

Cancellation Policy: Attendees will receive a full refund minus €80 administration fee when cancelling prior to 30 days before the event; 50% refund for cancellation 14-30 days prior to event. If cancelled within 14 days of workshop no refund available or full payment needed.All fees are non transferable. Should Hakomi Ireland need to cancel any training, full refund will be given.
