Saturday & Sunday, 28 & 29 March

Our lives seem to get fuller and busier. More and more people are feeling the strain and stress affecting their well-being, complaining of burn-out and lack of energy. How can we sustain ourselves with the increasing demands and stresses in our lives?

The Hakomi Method offers a simple antidote: Taking in the nourishment and beauty that is potentially always around us – being touched by another person, inspired by connection, nourished by life itself.
What gets in our way of doing this are our unconcious deep seated habits of relating, i.e. fear, lack of safety or control.

In this workshop we will use mindfulness and simple exercises to discover our unconscious beliefs around being nourished and relating to others. You will experience more space and softness for yourself, a compassionate and loving state of mind, and a greater understanding of how to maintain this way of being in everyday life.

This is a multilevel workshop. New and experienced people are welcome. It greatly benefits everybody who works in the therapy or healthcare profession or generally is interested in learning more about themselves.
This workshop counts as training days.
